I will still service the Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges and Macedon Ranges

Do you travel?
I offer freelance services for a minimum booking of 4 services including travel

Bookings wanting on-site services less then this will need to pay additional fees for travel/set up
Singular bookings must come to my salon located in Sassafras - Dandenong Ranges

What's your travel fees?
Subject to each booking. 

Minimum call out fee of $550.00 inc travel

Additional fees will apply if more then 4 services

How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary between 45-60mins pending style
Additional hair-styling can take between a further 40-70mins

Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure a booking, you must pay a non-refundable booking fee of $30.00
This will come off service's total on the day 
Bridal bookings must pay a non-refundable booking fee of $145 of your total invoice.
This will come off your final invoice.
This covers administration costs, and takes your wedding date off the market. 

The balance will be payable the week of the wedding

What if I need to cancel/change my booking?
All bookings must give a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel/change their booking.
If you fail to cancel your booking within 24hrs, you'll be charged a cancellation/booking fee of 40% of the total service cost with the card you paid to book.
Rescheduling an appointment will require a new booking fee to be paid.

What if I need to alter/change my bridal booking?
Once the booking has been made & the deposit is taken, any cancellation or changes to the size of the bridal party will not be altered for a smaller bridal party size. If you wish to add additional guests, they will be charged a set fee per person for makeup (hair additional cost)
If the booking is downsized after it has been confirmed, you will be charged the original price quoted to cover the loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.
If you wish to cancel your bridal booking before or after the trial, the $200 booking fee is under no circumstances refundable. In the event of COVID or medical postponements, your fee is

transferable to a new date.

All invoices must be finalized the week of the wedding before services can be complete.
